Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please review the information below carefully before proceeding.
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your RDH Time Pro account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your driver profile (name, driver ID, contact information)
- Verification photos (clock-in/out photos, load sheets)
- Personal preferences and settings
- Access to the mobile app and web portal
What Will Be Retained
For legal compliance and payroll purposes, the following data will be anonymized and retained for 7 years:
- Time tracking records (work hours, shifts)
- Payroll-related information
- Records required for tax and employment law compliance
How to Request Account Deletion
You have three options to request account deletion:
Option 3: Contact Your Administrator
Speak with your supervisor or company administrator to submit an account deletion request on your behalf.
Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Within 2 business days
- Completion: Within 30 days of request
- Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation when deletion is complete
